Brian Mancell brings more than 27 years of experience in operations, leadership, client service, financial services, and professional development to his role with 1st Veterans Kids Care, Inc.

His career includes 15 years with Walt Disney World, where he held leadership responsibilities involving large-scale operations, employee development, training, and team coordination. He later spent 12 years with BNY Mellon’s Pershing LLC, building extensive experience in wealth management operations, retirement services, banking, new-account administration, regulatory processes, and client onboarding.

Throughout his career, Brian has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing people and strengthening organizations. He has led teams across U.S. and international locations, managed relationships with more than 100 introducing broker-dealers, developed training programs reaching more than 1,000 employees, and supported complex financial and operational processes in highly regulated environments.

Today, Brian applies his experience in business development, retirement planning, life and health insurance, benefits education, and client advocacy to help individuals and families better understand the resources available to them. As Veterans Benefits Coach for 1st Veterans Kids Care, he is committed to helping veterans and military families identify available benefits, understand their options, and connect with resources that can support greater financial security and long-term stability.

Brian is a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent in multiple states and also works with individuals and business owners on retirement strategies, workplace benefits, business funding opportunities, and professional resource connections.

His commitment to service extends into the community through mentoring and volunteer involvement, including service with the Osceola County School for the Arts, support of the National Guard Youth Challenge Program, and longstanding volunteer involvement with Orange County Public Schools.

Brian brings to 1st Veterans Kids Care a leadership philosophy centered on excellence, education, integrity, service, and helping others move confidently toward their next level.
