Rachael Barbush is an Architectural Engineering trained construction professional and founder of Andmore Construction, a Central Florida based residential and light commercial building firm focused on disciplined project execution, efficiency, and scalable delivery systems that support investor and developer led projects. Her experience spans institutional building systems design, residential real estate operations, renovation portfolio management, investor-side project execution, and contractor-led project delivery.

At her core, Rachael has an innate desire for innovation, an instinct toward creative problem solving, and a passion to make meaningful impact in her community that guide her throughout her life and career. Her early interest in building and creating began when she was recognized as a national finalist in the Craftsman Young Inventors Awards at the age of nine. This instinct toward problem solving through design continued throughout her life and academic career, including recognition at the AIA/AAH Planning + Design Student Challenge. She later earned her degree in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University where she specialized in mechanical building systems, indoor environmental quality, and energy performance. Then she began her career with EXP US Services Inc., contributing to HVAC system design for hospitality and healthcare facilities including Disney Vacation Club resorts, JW Marriott properties, and AdventHealth campuses. This experience established a technical understanding of complex building performance, multidisciplinary coordination environments, and more importantly shaped her interest in how projects move from concept through delivery across multiple stakeholders.

She later transitioned to an entrepreneurial path and began a residential real estate practice where she honed her expertise and gave fine-tuned, well received pitches with key deliverables including buyer representation, listings, land sourcing, investments, and off-market opportunities. This work strengthened her understanding of how construction planning and well-managed early stage decisions ultimately lead to positive long term outcomes and asset performance.

In 2023, Rachael moved into investor-led renovation operations, project managing budgets, timelines, subcontractor coordination, and materials for over 20 residential repositioning projects while scaling to ten active renovations at a time. During this stage she gained experience coordinating sequencing strategies aligned with refinance timelines, capital deployment structures, and multi-phase construction planning.

In 2025, Rachael founded Andmore Construction, delivering over a dozen renovation projects during the company’s first year totaling multiple six figures in project revenue. The company continues to scale and now maintains concurrent renovation scopes while implementing systems designed to support scalable project delivery. Her work emphasizes coordination between owners, trades, consultants, and permitting so her projects move forward with clarity and accountability from the first stages through completion.

Rachael’s background uniquely integrates engineering systems training, acquisition literacy, portfolio coordination, and contractor led execution experience. She is uniquely positioned to contribute effectively within growing construction teams supporting ground-up and renovation environments. She believes that thoughtful construction depends on strong coordination, clear communication between stakeholders, and delivery systems that support reliable execution across complex project timelines.
